Refund Policy

Website Projects

We want you to be satisfied with your website. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope within 30 days of receiving all required materials, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the website is delivered and approved, no refunds are available.

Content Retainers

Content retainers are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel mid-month, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of that month. No refunds are available for content already delivered and published.

Bundles

For bundled website + content packages: the website portion is refundable as described above. The content retainer portion may be cancelled with prorated refund as described above. Bundles cannot be unbundled for partial refund.

Contact us at hello@cbreezepros.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
